Housekeeping clearly does not check hygiene, as four or five sets of glasses delivered — even after we raised the issue — were still filthy. This shows how poor the daily standards must be. What made it worse was the manager’s attitude: smirking and saying, “It’s just a few dirty glasses, not big deal?” That dismissive behavior is shocking at any hotel, let alone the Ritz-Carlton. Their offer of a 50% discount for an off-season return stay within six months is meaningless. I have no interest or confidence in flying back to Melbourne just to “try again.” After several rounds of communication, they reduced the issue to a token amount of Marriott points, as if this was nothing serious. Extremely poor quality control and management attitude — this is not the Ritz-Carlton standard guests expect.

飯店非常舒適寬敞，都在64以上的樓色，有超棒的無敵景觀！不論清晨或晚上從房間看出去的view都令人難忘。房間很大，除了king size的床外，還有一張長沙發和很大的餐書桌！讓人非常放松。

我哋總共住四晚，但第一晚去到，中國籍的服務員比左一間60幾樓嘅房，而個景系望住對面樓，如果只是住一晚都無所謂的，但因為要住四晚我哋決定換房。去到同幾個外國籍的溝通完，佢哋安排好我哋轉另一間更高層的房，個景觀唔同曬！早上可以見到熱氣球。依間酒店，雖然每個員工見到都會笑住打招呼，但系都系會覺得好無親切感，同埋每次出入要上80樓轉lift 落地下，好麻煩。房間，好舒服，床都好舒服。每日有人執房。房間唯一唔好系個廁所系大門口旁邊，去廁所如果有人系出面行過系會聽到。出入，對面有個細細outlet, 附近都有嘢食，但去嗰啲打卡點都唔近，我哋行咗一次覺得好遠早餐，可以唔加。

整體維持了Ritz Carlton一貫的高水準，房間整潔乾凈，感覺幾舒服，更有超大玻璃窗可欣賞開揚景觀，讓住客能輕松放松心情。早餐采用半自助形式，每位客人可自選一道主菜，味道很好，自助區的食品行「貴精不貴多」路線，質素唔錯。不過酒店需留意64樓男更衣室的情況：更衣位置望到旁邊大廈，不清楚對方是否也能看到室內，隱私方面值得關注。另外，更衣室儲物柜不時有使用過的毛巾未被及時清理，這方面可再改善。房間內有一塊裝飾用的小木板，靠近時掉了下來，幸好沒有砸到腳，此事已在退房時向職員反映。整體來說幾滿意，若細節位可處理得更細心，會更符合品牌形象。

飯店很新，裝潢華麗又不失內斂，高貴而不失優雅。窗外景色推薦面海房行（市景房很有可能會被隔壁或鄰近的建筑物部分遮蔽！）。泳池強烈建議去一趟，水溫估計在30度左右，整個泳池環境都有暖氣加溫，冬天也不用擔心，窗外景色更是一絕！也有男女三溫暖，房客專用～但飯店位置在CBD有點偏，到繁華區步行20分。當然飯店附近也有一些優勢（步行3分鐘就是 outlet, cole).不遠處也有free tram,值得推薦給旅人。

The room had an amazing view, and the swimming pool was absolutely beautiful. I’d love to stay here again if I get the chance. The location is great too — there’s a supermarket and a mall right across the street, and public transportation is very convenient.
